Church Groups
There are many groups to become involved in at First Baptist Church of West Allis. Here are some of them:
American Baptist Men (ABMen) - Our men meet once a month to support church work and sponsor various outings and meals
throughout the year.
American Baptist Women (ABW) - Our women work together to support foreign and local missions. They sponsor an annual
bazaar and other fund raising events throughout the year.
Choirs - We have singing and handbell choirs meeting on Wednesday evenings
Fiction Fellowship - This group of literary enthusiasts meets every 6 weeks to discuss books ranging from popular to
classic to non-fiction works. Great discussion! Great fellowship!
Fifth Thursday - Every fifth Thursday of the month, our church makes and serves dinner for the needy at St. Benedict's.
Friends at First - This group meets once every month for fellowship gatherings such as bowling, pizza parties, etc.
Great fun for all ages!
Golden Guys and Gals (3 G's) - Educational programming, fun and fellowship make up our "3 G's" club for
senior adults which meets on the second Wednesday of every month at noon for a potluck, or we may eat out. Join us!
WARM Club - The West Allis Retired Men is sponsored in part for all retired men of West Allis, meeting once a month for
educational/entertainment programs. It rotates among four churches in the area.
