American Baptist Women Ministries

ABW Ministries of First Baptist Church West Allis is part of ABW Ministries at the Milwaukee Association Level, ABC of Wisconsin and ABC/USA.

Our Mission Statement is: In our commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and to the mission of the Church, and through the enabling of the Holy Spirit, American Baptist Women's Ministries provide opportunities for each woman to become and develop as God's person, built God's faith community, and serve God's World.

For the next two years - 2003-2005 - our theme is Keeping Balance While the World Turns. The theme scripture is Jude 1:24-25. "Now to him who is able to keep you from falling and to make you stand without blemish in the presence of his glory with rejoicing, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

At First Baptist Chuch of West Allis we have two circles. One meets every third Monday in the evening and one meets every first Tuesday at 12:30 PM. We meet as a total group on the fourth Monday at 6:30 PM. We are a very mission oriented group. We work hard to support many mission projects.
